We are looking for an experienced Senior Care Assistant/Team Leader (Maternity Cover, likely to lead to permanent employment). You will need to be an Enthusiastic, reliable, compassionate and dedicated person who is able to support the management to run a successful, happy home by supervising and inspiring the team to deliver quality, individualised support to our service users to enable them to maintain skills, personal interests and generally live as full a life as possible. You will be required to develop positive and effective working relationships with your colleagues, possess the ability to lead the team and delegate duties whilst promoting a positive, friendly and inclusive environment within the shift. To work in co-operation with multi-disciplinary teams to maximise opportunities for the service user. In return, we offer a friendly, fun and supportive environment with extremely competitive rates of pay, uniforms, ongoing training and development and workplace pension. NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health and Social Care along or experience is required for this role. A full time position to include alternate weekends, shift times are 7.30am-7.30pm

Night Care Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, compassionate and dedicated person who is able to work well within a team to deliver quality, individualised support to our service users. You will be required to develop positive and effective working relationships with your colleagues, and help to maintain a positive, friendly and inclusive environment within the shift. We offer a friendly, fun and supportive environment with competitive rates of pay, uniforms, ongoing training and development and workplace pension. NVQ Level 2 or 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health and Social Care along with experience is preferred for this role. Medication trained or the ability to complete training is a requirement for this role. This can be a single full time or two part-time permanent positions dependant on the candidates. Up to 36 hours available.
