Wykenhurst Care employs a wide range of people from all walks of life; from carers, kitchen and laundry staff to admin and activity staff. Experience is always an advantage, but not always a requirement, some of our best support workers joined us with no previous experience.

To work with us you will need to be caring, patient and able to treat people with dignity, respect and compassion. You must be hard working and committed, have good communication skills, including listening. You also need to be able to work well as part of a team, understand the importance of good record keeping. Relief/Bank Support Workers

We would like to recruit additional bank staff to compliment our dedicated team of care staff on an 'as and when' basis to support existing staff during busy periods and cover staff holidays and absence. Are you caring, compassionate and empathetic with a genuine desire to deliver quality care and support our service users in their day to day lives? If so we would love to hear from you and in return we offer the opportunity to develop your skills in a friendly and supportive environment. Experience not necessarily required as full training will be provided.
